Mark M. Manno has served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since June 2024. He previously served as executive vice president, general counsel, assistant secretary and procurement for Gregory Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Manno formerly held executive positions at Contura Energy, including executive vice president, chief administrative and legal officer and secretary from January 2018 to December 2019, and interim co-chief executive officer from May 2019 through July 2019. He previously served in leadership roles at Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. with oversight of legal, information technology, and sourcing. Before joining Alpha in February 2010, Mr. Manno was general counsel and president of the real estate division for SJ Strategic Investments.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with King Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and was an attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Manno graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He also holds a master of business administration degree from Mississippi State University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Memphis.
