Scott D. Vogel has served as director since December 2019 and is chair of the board’s nominating and corporate governance committee. Mr. Vogel is managing member of Vogel Partners LLC, a private investment and advisory firm, and has served in that capacity since July 2016. Previously, he was a managing director at Davidson Kempner Capital Management LLC. Mr. Vogel also worked at MPF Investors LLC investing in special situations and turnaround opportunities as well as an investment banker at Chase Securities. He has served on numerous boards during his career, including the boards of Arch Coal, Inc. (now Arch Resources, Inc.), Seadrill Ltd., Key Energy Services, Inc., and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. Mr. Vogel currently serves on the boards of directors of Avaya and Faraday Futures and several private companies. Mr. Vogel is a member of the Olin Alumni Board of Washington University and a member of the Advisory Board of Grameen America. He received a bachelor’s degree from Washington University and a master of business administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
